During purchase process offered to have a test drive car for 24 hours told it would be fully charged. Only 25% charged I took it back on the same day. During purchase sales consultant was dealing with others so left just sitting waiting.

This has been a long process for us in replacing our previous Mini ( 5th. to date.) The agents both Eleanor Wheeler & Catherine Thompson both worked closely with me over a period of time to the point of working to an order conclusion. Excellent help.

I was welcomed and booked in promptly and the service was turned around quickly. On book in the cost seemed rather high and was told it was standard Mini pricing. However if cost had been broken down I would not have had Microfilter as only done 5000

Bought vehicle in for 8.30, Service was good and punctual, I had to leave for another appointment at 12, so waited an hour for a complimentary valet by which time only a partial hose clean had been done, too far to return for just this to be done

All was good once things started in Dealer but they appeared to have no record or information transferred from the breakdown team, despite being referred by them to dealer.

Last year my MINI was serviced at Sytner and I was advised there was a nail in my tyre and I needed a replacement. I took it to another garage and was told there is no nail or puncture in my tyre. This makes me hesitant to follow MINI's advice!

Millie was excellent and helpful and professional. The cost is a major factor and given that it was in for a tyre problem the tyre pressures where not checked properly before being handed over.

Friendly and courteous reception and handover. Car was ready to collect. However I did receive 2 conflicting videos, one of which seemed to be addressing a fault that was non existent regarding starter.
